Affiliate Program Integrity and Abuse Prevention

To protect the integrity of the Freewell Affiliate Program and ensure fair participation for all affiliates, Freewell reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity for compliance with these Terms.

Affiliates must be creators or bloggers operating within Freewell Gear’s product category and must maintain valid social media accounts or active blog platforms. Affiliates must not engage in deceptive, manipulative, or unauthorized practices, including but not limited to:

• Intercepting, overwriting, or modifying affiliate links without clear user intent

• Using browser extensions, coupon injections, pop-ups, iframes, or similar technologies that unfairly alter attribution

• Misrepresenting Freewell, its products, pricing, or promotions

• Generating artificial, fraudulent, or misleading traffic, clicks, or conversions

• Posting affiliate links on cashback or coupon websites

Freewell reserves the right to review traffic sources, referral methods, and link placement at any time and may request reasonable information from affiliates regarding how and where affiliate links are used.

If, at Freewell’s reasonable discretion, an affiliate is found to be acting in bad faith, abusing the program, or violating these Terms, Freewell may:

• Suspend or terminate the affiliate account immediately

• Withhold, cancel, or revoke unpaid commissions associated with such activity

• Permanently disqualify the affiliate from future participation
