Limited Lifetime Warranty: This applies to all Freewell filters, covering all manufacturing defects except for user-induced damage for as long as you own the product.

Time-Limited Warranty: For certain products such as card reader, a warranty period of 2 years applies. This also covers manufacturing defects but excludes user damage.

Please note:

The warranty is non-transferable & valid only for the original purchaser.
It does not cover products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

• A dated receipt showing the product and purchase details.
• The original purchase invoice.
