YouTube API Services

Freewell Channel Assistant is a private internal tool used by authorized Freewell staff. It uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth 2.0 to access the authorized Freewell Gear channel’s identifiers, video information, comments, replies, and authorization tokens. It may also publish authorized comments and replies. We do not collect or store Google or YouTube passwords.

We use this information only to monitor and respond to comments, provide product support, prevent duplicate replies, and engage with public creator videos featuring Freewell products. The information may be processed by Google/YouTube, OpenAI through the ChatGPT platform, and necessary infrastructure providers. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

Stored YouTube API Data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Users may request deletion by emailing care@freewellgear.com, and applicable stored data will be deleted as soon as possible and within seven days. This does not delete information stored directly on YouTube.

Users may revoke access through Google Security Settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
