A complete optical workflow
Add any 58mm threaded filter or choose the Freewell slide-on Lens + Filters setup with VND1–5/CPL and Glow Mist 1/4.
The front and rear caps connect magnetically, making them easier to keep track of when the lens is in use.
The included lens bag keeps the 16mm lens together with its caps between shoots.

The lens uses a standard 17mm threaded mount and is designed for the 1× main camera. It works with compatible Freewell 17mm cases and Genius Rig for supported iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi and Vivo models. The case or rig is sold separately.
The lens delivers a 105° field of view with a 16mm-equivalent perspective, giving you more room for landscapes, architecture, group shots, interiors and environmental portraits.
The minimum focusing distance is 0.5 meters. This lets you move close enough for an immersive foreground while still keeping the surrounding scene in view.
Yes. The lens has a 58mm front thread for 58mm threaded filters and also works with the Freewell slide-on filter kit designed for compatible Freewell smartphone lenses.
Use the phone’s 1× main camera. The optical design and 17mm mounting position are built around the main camera, so using another camera may not provide the intended field of view or image quality.
The lens option includes the 16mm wide angle lens, front and rear caps, a lens bag and a cleaning cloth. The Lens + Filters choice also adds the compatible VND1–5/CPL and Glow Mist 1/4 filter kit.
