Freewell Channel Assistant

Freewell Channel Assistant is an internal application operated by Freewell Gear.

The application connects to Freewell Gear’s authorized YouTube channel through the official YouTube Data API. It helps our team review channel comments, reply to customer questions, and manage conversations published on our own YouTube content.

How We Use Google Data

Freewell Channel Assistant accesses only the Google and YouTube data required to:

• Identify the authorized Freewell Gear YouTube channel
• Read comments and comment threads on Freewell Gear videos
• Publish replies from the authorized Freewell Gear channel
• Review recent reply activity and prevent duplicate responses

The application is used only by authorized Freewell Gear team members. It does not sell Google user data or use Google data for advertising.

Data Protection

Google and YouTube data accessed by this application is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
