The world's slimmest locking hybrid VND/CPL system—built for filmmakers who move faster than the light.

The filter, rebuilt
A variable ND controls exposure. A CPL cuts glare. This one does both—independently—in a filter body slimmer than most single-job systems.
The magnetic mount gets it onto the lens fast. The short twist lock keeps it there while you run, jump, sail, or reframe. Add ND32 only when the light demands it.
One system · Every light
Stay on your chosen shutter angle and aperture as the scene changes. Turn the black ring for ND. Turn the green ring for CPL.

02 · Dual-ring control
Adjust VND with the black ring. Tune polarization with the green ring. No compromise between the two.

03 · True-color intent
Magnetic speed · Twist-lock security
Install the size-matched ring once. Leave it on the lens.
Match the red index marks and let the magnets do the work.
Rotate until the marks move apart. Now the filter is locked for motion.

The short answer
Magnets make attachment fast. A physical twist lock keeps the filter from being knocked off during movement.
The CPL is built into the VND and adjusted independently, so reflections can be controlled without stacking another filter.
One VND/CPL handles 1–5 stops. Add ND32 to cover 6–10 stops in severe daylight.
A 6.65 mm VND/CPL profile and an oversized optical path are designed to minimize bulk and wide-angle vignetting.

Base-ring compatibility
Standard and Cine base rings are separate families. Match every additional ring to the filter system you already own.
Standard Series
Own a 67, 72, 77, or 82 mm Basic/Pro kit? Use only Standard base rings.
Example: the 82 mm Basic or Pro kit can move across lenses with thread sizes from 49–82 mm by adding the matching Standard ring.
Shop Standard base ringsCinema Series
Own an 86 or 95 mm Cine/Cine Pro kit? Use only Cine base rings.
Example: the 95 mm Cine or Cine Pro kit can move across 82, 86, and 95 mm lenses with the matching Cine ring.
Shop Cine base rings82 mm exists in both families. A Standard 82 mm ring does not fit the Cine system, and a Cine 82 mm ring does not fit the Standard system.

Buyer questions, answered
Clear answers on stops, color, X-patterns, wide lenses, compatibility, and what comes in the case.
It is a slim magnetic camera-filter system co-engineered with filmmaker Brandon Li. The main module combines a 1–5 stop variable neutral density filter with an independently adjustable circular polarizer, then locks onto a magnetic base ring.
Use the VND/CPL module by itself for 1–5 stops. Lock the included fixed ND32 filter onto the front to shift the working range to 6–10 stops, while retaining polarizer control.
The VND uses defined end stops to prevent over-rotation, which is the usual cause of cross-polarization and the dark X pattern on variable ND filters. Independent reviewers reported no obvious X pattern in normal use.
Yes. The black control adjusts neutral density and the green control adjusts polarization, so exposure and reflection control can be tuned independently. Set the ND level first, then fine-tune the CPL.
Screw the base ring onto the lens, align the red index marks, let the magnets seat the filter, then twist the module until the marks move apart. That short twist mechanically locks the filter in place.
The Standard system covers Basic and Pro kits in 67, 72, 77, and 82 mm, with optional Standard base rings from 49 to 82 mm. The Cine system covers Cine and Cine Pro kits in 86 and 95 mm, with Cine base rings in 82, 86, and 95 mm.
No. Standard base rings from 49–82 mm work only with the Basic and Pro system. Cine base rings in 82, 86, and 95 mm work only with the Cine and Cine Pro system. The 82 mm size exists in both families, so choose the ring labeled for your filter system.
The oversized, ultra-slim design is intended to reduce vignetting. Real-world results still depend on focal length, lens construction, filter size, and how many modules are stacked, so very wide lenses should always be tested before a critical shoot.
The system is designed for strong color neutrality and high optical clarity. Independent testing found no major color shift with the VND/CPL alone, with a small warm shift becoming more visible when the ND32 was stacked at higher densities.
The Basic Kit includes the VND1–5/CPL module, ND32 filter, one size-specific base ring, magnetic front cap with a built-in grey card, rear cap, filter bag, buckle accessory, and cleaning cloth.
Basic contains the core VND/CPL and ND32 system. Pro adds a Black Glow Mist 1/4 filter. Cine uses larger 86 or 95 mm hardware for cinema and large-diameter lenses, while Cine Pro adds the matching Glow Mist filter.
No. It is designed around fast video workflows, but the VND, CPL, and ND32 functions are equally useful for still photography, including wide-aperture portraits, reflection control, and longer exposures.
