All Freewell products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing or quality defects that affect the normal functionality or usability of the product. The warranty applies to issues that make the product unable to perform as intended under normal use.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: Applies to all Freewell filters

Time-Limited Warranty: Applies to Card readers, Pro SSD Hub, Pro SSD Link & tripods, with a coverage period of 12 months.

Warranty Is Voided If: The product is purchased second-hand, from unauthorized sellers, transferred to another person, or if the defect is caused by misuse or accident.

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

• A dated receipt showing the product and purchase details.
• The original purchase invoice.
