Conditions for Returns

    • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

    • Product Condition: Products must be in unused, brand-new, sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

    • Damaged or Used Items: Any items received in damaged, used, or non-sellable condition will be returned to the buyer at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

    • All parcels must be accepted in order to open the return request.

    • International Returns: Please note that international returns for products without quality issues will be at the buyer's expense. We do not provide return labels for such returns.

Return Shipping

    • Responsibility: For products without quality issues, the buyer is responsible for shipping cost for both ends.

    • Tracking Information: Please provide tracking information by emailing us at care@freewellgear.com immediately after shipping your parcel.

    • Shipment Arrangement: Ensure that the return shipment is arranged door-to-door including customs clearance without needing us to take any additional steps & has a tracking number with updates.

Initiating a Return

Refund Process

    • Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

    • Refund Issuance: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days deducting the shipping cost for product without quality issues.

    • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    • Restore Fee: Please note that a restore fee of 10% may be applied for any items that are returned opened. This fee helps cover the costs associated with restocking and inspecting returned products.
