Add Soft GND0.9 or Glow Mist without dismantling the circular filter setup.

Move the gradient vertically, rotate the holder and use the spirit level for a controlled line.

Each True Color VND has a second optical function on its reverse. Remove the VND Base, turn the filter over and mount it directly to the K2 Master Base.

01Which lens threads does this K2 system support?
Every K2 system kit includes four dedicated base rings for 67mm, 72mm, 77mm and 82mm lens threads.
02What is the difference between VND and straight ND?
VND is the fast option when light changes during filming: rotate to adjust exposure. Straight ND gives fixed, repeatable light reduction for photography or controlled shooting conditions.
03Can I use Glow Mist or Soft GND with the VND system?
Yes. A supported K2 slide-in creative filter can work with the circular VND setup in the same system.
04How do the CPL and ND32/CPL sides work?
Remove the VND Base, turn the hybrid filter over and mount its reverse directly to the Master Base. VND1–5 reverses to CPL; VND6–9 reverses to ND32/CPL.
05Can I use my original lens hood?
No. K2 uses an oversized one-system architecture across lenses up to 82mm, so standard lens hoods are not compatible while the holder is installed.
06Is K2 made for video or photography?
Both. The VND workflow is built for fast filmmaking, while Straight ND, Soft GND and UV options give photographers a precise field system.
